Man hospitalized after overnight shooting in Harrisburg

HARRISBURG, Pa. (WHP) — Police are investigating after a man was shot in Harrisburg on Wednesday evening.

According to the Harrisburg Bureau of Police, officers were called to the 400 block of Hamilton Street at 9 p.m. after receiving a report of shots fired.

Officers found several bullet casings there.

Shortly thereafter, police were notified that a man arrived at a local hospital with a gunshot wound. His injuries were not life-threatening.
