2 people were arrested on warrants

Officers arrested Phetnarong Phomsoukha, 43, on a Freeborn County warrant at 8:48 a.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

Police arrested 24-year-old Hunter Meling on a Mower County warrant following a traffic stop near East Second Street and South Broadway at 10:47 p.m. Wednesday.

1 arrested for probation violation

Officers arrested Nay Moo, 30, for a probation violation at 1:07 p.m. Wednesday at 411 S. Broadway.

Vehicle broken into

A vehicle was reported broken into at 89128 220th St. in Oakland on Wednesday at 3:44 p.m. The break-in reportedly occurred sometime overnight. Several items were missing.

Cell phone stolen

At 12:26 a.m. Wednesday, a cell phone was reported stolen at 910 S. Broadway.

1 person charged with assault and disorderly conduct

Police charged a juvenile with fifth-degree assault and disorderly conduct at 9:38 a.m. Wednesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Child bitten by dog

On Wednesday at 5:16 p.m., police received a report of a 4-year-old child bitten in the leg by a dog at 720 Belmont St. Erik Lee Anderson, 35, was cited for loose dog and unlicensed dog.

1 arrested for domestic violence

Police arrested 45-year-old Daniel Irlas on a charge of domestic violence (fear) after receiving a report at 6:39 p.m. Wednesday that two men were arguing outside at 715 S. Broadway.

Dump trailer stolen

A dump trailer was reported stolen at 8:03 a.m. Tuesday at 520 Riverroad SE in Glenville.

It was reported that the combine was on fire

A combine fire was reported at 87352 255th St. in Austin on Tuesday at 6:25 p.m.

Vehicle fire reported

On Tuesday at 7:09 p.m. it was reported that a vehicle was on fire near mile marker 174 on Interstate 90.

Hit and run reported

At 2:09 a.m. Tuesday, a hit-and-run accident was reported at 512 E. Eighth St.

Reported several times for illegal assembly and underage drinking

Police charged Liberty Lee Kiefer, 18, with unlawful assembly and underage consumption at 3:14 a.m. Tuesday at 222 S. St Mary Ave. Nolan Monroe Perkins, 20, was arrested for unlawful assembly and obstruction; Ramiro James Vera, 20, was arrested for unlawful assembly and underage consumption. One juvenile was charged with unlawful assembly and underage drinking, and another juvenile was charged with unlawful assembly, illegal consumption and curfew violation.

The license plate was reported missing

At 11:05 a.m. Tuesday, a license plate was reported missing from a vehicle at 1309 Louis St.

Young person reported for tobacco use

Police charged a juvenile at 11:48 a.m. Tuesday at 1000 E. Hawthorne St. with possession of tobacco on school grounds.

Teen charged with e-cigarettes

Police charged a juvenile with possession of a marijuana vape and a nicotine vape at 2:31 p.m. Tuesday at 2000 Tiger Lane.

Police charged Daniel Edward Shaw, 37, with misdemeanor protection violation at 6:15 p.m. Tuesday.

1 cited for consumption by minors

Police charged 19-year-old Ethan Daniel Crews-Logan with underage drinking at 322 E. Fountain St. on Tuesday at 10:06 p.m.
