Inspired by the works of Tim Burton and other horror films, The Nightmare Before Bar offers a 90-minute experience that will thrill you into a “twisted Halloween world for all lovers of fantasy and fiction!” There are limited places available for each date, but you can still book a place.

Ice Cube at The Hall at Live!

Ice Cube, known for his influence in music and film, will take the stage at The Hall at Live! enter. Hear him perform classics from his entire career, along with tracks from his upcoming album Man Down.

Great art fight

Super Art Fight presents its first-ever gallery exhibition at Night Owl Gallery in Baltimore. The exhibition features artwork by current and former Super Art Fight members. Opening night begins with live art battles and canvases are on display throughout the show.

Time: The gallery is open Thursdays and Fridays from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 11:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m

A Poe Cemetery Tour and “Poe, Revolution & Lafayette”

Braglio Farms Trunk or treat

At Braglio Farms in Randallstown, kids can trick-or-treat with decorated cars, trucks and tractors. Braglio also offers a family-friendly Halloween course on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays if you want to have even more fun.

Time: The trunk-or-treat comes from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m

Fall Festival at Prigel Family Creamery

Prigel Family Creamery’s annual fall festival invites families to enjoy the day with hayrides and pumpkin painting. There will also be live music from Michael and the SoulKATS, and local providers will also be there.

New mega exhibition at the American Visionary Art Museum

The American Visionary Art Museum will unveil its newest mega-exhibition, “Good Sports: The Wisdom & Fun of Fair Play,” this weekend. It features local and global artists whose works focus on sports and gaming imagery. A range of media including film, photography and sculpture are featured.

Time: The museum is open from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m

Location: 800 Key Highway, Baltimore

Cost: About $16 for adults; Children up to 6 years free.

Free Fall Baltimore at Black Cherry

This year’s free fall event at the Black Cherry Puppet Theater will include puppet performances and puppet-making activities. On Sunday, children’s author and performer Kevin Sherry will join the show.

Time: Performances at 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Between performances, families can make their own dolls.
