Dunnville man charged with stabbing turns himself into jail

A Dunnville man who was charged with assault over the summer after allegedly stabbing another person turned himself in at the Russell County Detention Center this afternoon.

According to reports, 42-year-old Freddy C. Roblero turned himself in at the Russell County Detention Center shortly after 1 p.m. this afternoon.

Roblero was indicted by a Russell County grand jury in July on a charge of first-degree assault.

Back in April, Roblero was arrested by the Russell County Sheriff’s Office after he allegedly stabbed another man named Mario Ochao following an argument between the two men in the Salem/Eli area of ​​Russell County it was about a small car accident.

Roblero’s bond was set at $25,000 cash or twice the property.
