Body found on I-15 near Moapa, yet to be identified | Murders

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man found dead on the side of the road on Interstate 15.

The Metropolitan Police Department said the body was found around 7:30 a.m. Sunday along I-15 near Hidden Valley Road, south of Moapa, and appeared to have trauma and gunshot wounds.

Police described the man as a white adult male, 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighing 150 pounds, with short brown and gray hair and a mustache with a small beard.

He was last seen wearing an orange Bayside Heavy Weight long-sleeved shirt, a gray Hanes T-shirt, gray Dickies pants with a black belt, gray George boxer shorts, blue Force Extremes socks and brown and blue Keen Footbear hiking boots, police said with.
