According to police, a body was found at a property in NKY

MT. OLIVET, Ky. (WXIX) – Kentucky State Police are investigating the death of a person found in Robertson County.

Police said gunshots were heard in the area as they investigated properties near the Mt Olivet area.

David Johns, public information officer for KSP, confirmed that a person was found dead on the property and a death investigation has been opened.

Officers searched a house and the rest of the property.

There were no arrests.
