Man injured in shooting near West Louisville intersection

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WAVE) – Louisville Metro Police are searching for the people involved in a late morning shooting that left one man injured.

Just before noon, an officer called to the area of 26th and Market found an adult male with multiple gunshot wounds. The victim was taken to UofL Hospital and is expected to survive.

LMPD asks anyone with information to call the anonymous crime tip line at 502-574-LMPD (5673).
