Married mother admits sexually abusing two underage hockey players

Schardin asked how old they were and confirmed that they were young enough to be her children. The Pioneer Press Reports. She then allegedly started talking about “sex and stuff” and asked the teens how sexually active they were before going to bed with the two boys. At this point, she began performing sexual acts while a third party watched and asked the minors to perform sexual acts on her.

The boys claimed they felt pressured and eventually asked Schardin to leave.

“You already have a 38-year-old woman, a woman, in your bed, don’t you want to do more,” she said, according to one of the victims in the complaint obtained by the New York Post.

“(Victim 1) described feeling trapped in the moment and not knowing how to say no,” the complaint states. “He said that in his head his answer was ‘not really,’ but he answered ‘sure,’ even though he ‘didn’t completely agree with it.’

According to police, Schardin later showed up at the boys’ hockey game and texted them after they returned to Colorado.

“(Victim 1) said they all became nervous and at one point he was shaking on the bench because he wanted to put what happened the night before behind him and she tried to follow them. ‘It was really scary'” The complaint was stated via the New York Post.

The mother of two was arrested and admitted kissing and having sexual contact with the boys during an interview with police. She also claimed to have asked the teens for a condom, but “claimed she wouldn’t get away with it,” the complaint says.

Another criminal case was dismissed and prosecutors agreed to a maximum sentence of eight months in prison as part of the agreement. Accordingly, Schardin should be sentenced on January 10, 2025 CBS News.
