Six injured in knife attack in Israel: police

Jerusalem, October 9 (SocialNews.XYZ) Six people were injured in a knife attack in northern Israel on Wednesday before the attacker was shot and “neutralized”, Israeli police said.

According to police, the stabbings occurred in four different locations in Hadera, a city between Tel Aviv and Haifa.

The attacker, who was a 36-year-old Arab citizen of Israel from Umm al-Fahm, north of Hadera, arrived at the first crime scene on a scooter and launched the attack, Xinhua reported, citing state broadcaster Kan TV .

Israeli emergency service Magen David Adom said two of the victims were seriously injured, three were in serious condition and one suffered moderate injuries.

The suspect was shot in the leg and arrested, police said.
