Sean Diddy defends himself against sexual assault: New trouble for Sean “Diddy”? Combs threatened woman with a knife and used drug-laced oil before alleged assault

Hip-hop music mogul Sean “Diddy” Combs’ troubles show no sign of abating. The music mogul is now facing disturbing new allegations of sexual assault related to drug use and violence, according to a new report. The 54-year-old victim said she was raped by Sean “Diddy” Combs, his bodyguard, and another man who attacked her after she was forcibly drugged after being invited home.

The shocking details were revealed by attorney Ariel Mitchell-Kidd in an interview with Newsnation, who claimed Sean “Diddy” Combs threatened the victim “with a knife” and then began spraying a “liquid substance” that was It was “some kind of lubricant or oil” before the attack.

The victim reportedly had to remove her clothing and felt increasingly weak after applying the lubricant.

“She noticed she was getting slacker,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “It seems to me that the oil had certain types of drugs mixed into it, which is why he doused her with this oil beforehand, not only to make it easier to attack her, but that was also what weakened her defenses.”

“My client was raped by Mr. Combs, his bodyguard and friend, who invited my client to his home to set up the whole situation,” Mitchell-Kidd said. “The details are graphic and the complaint lays out all the details. She was finally able to escape after the horrific attack.”

It is unclear whether the woman in this case is the same person who previously accused Combs of luring her to her home and raping her in 2018. The previous victim also filed a police report, claiming the artist had engaged in similar violent and drug-related behavior.READ ALSO: “How many people knew?” Elon Musk attacks Hollywood over sexual abuse allegations against Sean Diddy

Sean “Diddy” Combs files new appeal for temporary release

Sean “Diddy” Combs’ legal team has again appealed his temporary release to the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit. This appeal challenges the Southern District of New York’s decision to twice deny him bail on charges of obstruction of justice and witness tampering.

Combs, 54, was arrested last month on several serious charges, including conspiracy to commit racketeering, sex trafficking by force, fraud or coercion and transportation for the purpose of prostitution. He pleaded not guilty and remains in custody at the Metropolitan Detention Center in Brooklyn, where he awaits trial.

Prosecutors argue that given his wealth and access to private jets, Combs could intimidate witnesses and hamper the case if released on bail. They also consider him a flight risk. Combs offered to pay bail of up to $50 million and provided his $48 million Miami mansion and his mother’s home as security.

In their appeal, Combs’ legal team claimed the court erred in law and that the government failed to provide sufficient evidence to warrant detention. They said: “The government has failed to provide clear and convincing evidence that Combs posed a danger to the community or tampered with witnesses,” calling the claims “vague” and “speculative.”

Combs’ team proposed a strict bail package that included house arrest with GPS monitoring, no internet or phone access, 24-hour monitoring, no female visitors other than family members and weekly drug testing. They emphasized that Combs followed legal procedures, surrendered his passport and offered to sell his private plane.

If convicted, Combs faces at least 15 years in prison.

Charges against Sean “Diddy Combs”

Sean “Diddy” Combs has been in custody since September 16th. He was arrested in New York City on multiple charges, including racketeering, forcible sex trafficking and transporting persons for prostitution.

Federal documents allege Combs used drugs to manipulate and control his victims during lengthy and often violent sexual encounters.

In recent weeks, more than 120 people have made allegations of sexual abuse and exploitation against the Bad Boy Records founder. The allegations, which span three decades, involve both men and women. Attorney Tony Buzbee said the victims included at least 25 minors, including one as young as nine.

Buzbee mentioned that high-profile figures in the entertainment industry have also been implicated in these allegations. Some are reportedly being offered the possibility of a settlement before their cases become public.
