Here are the Red Dead Redemption PC requirements

We all knew it was coming, but yesterday, after several leaks, Rockstar finally announced that Red Dead Redemption would be coming to PC soon.

As Ed reported, the upcoming release will also feature Red Dead Redemption’s standalone zombie expansion – Undead Nightmare – making its PC debut.

And now we know all the important PC requirements for Rockstar’s cowboy epic. So as you prepare to hit the road with John Martson and company, you can double-check that you have the gear you need.

Here are the PC specs for Red Dead Redemption, as outlined on the game’s Steam page:

  • Operating system: Windows 10 64-bit
  • Processor: Intel Core i5-4670 / AMD FX-9590
  • Memory: 8GB RAM
  • Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 960 / AMD Radeon R7 360

  • Storage: 12GB available storage space
  • Sound card: Direct X compatible

Red Dead Redemption, which first released on PS3 and Xbox 360 back in 2010, will make its PC debut later this month on October 29th.

If you haven’t played the game yourself, Simon Parkin said: “The result is an exceptional rockstar game that successfully wraps the Grand Theft Auto framework into an exciting, unique and expertly executed scenario,” in Eurogamer’s original Red Dead Redemption Verification.
