No serious injuries were reported in the crash in DeKalb County

DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) — There were no serious injuries in a Tuesday night crash involving an overturned pickup truck, according to the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Office.

According to police, a truck was traveling northbound in the 800 block of County Road 27 when it left the roadway and attempted to avoid a deer. According to police, the truck crashed into a ditch and flipped onto its roof.

The driver, a 26-year-old man from Ashley, was taken to a local hospital for a cut to his head.
