Farmington teacher faces sexual assault charges

FARMINGTON — A Farmington High School agriculture teacher has been arrested in connection with second-degree sexual assault, a Class B felony, according to Washington County court records.

According to court records, Clayton Sallee, 39, of Lincoln, is accused of sexually assaulting a minor who was a student at his school on or about Sept. 10.

Sallee was arrested by the Farmington Police Department on October 7 and booked into the Washington County Detention Center on $25,000 bail. He was released about four hours later with a court no-contact order. A hearing is scheduled for October 21 in Washington County Circuit Court.
