Five injured in knife attack in Hadera

Five people were injured in a knife attack in Hadera on Wednesday morning, Magen David Adom reported.

Paramedics treated two men, aged around 30 and 50, who were in serious condition. In addition, the third person, around 70 years old, was moderately injured. All three were evacuated to Hillel Yaffe Medical Center in Hadera.

In a later report, MDA said two other people in Hadera sustained moderate injuries and are receiving medical treatment.

The attacker fled the scene and the police are pursuing him. According to police, the incident is unlikely to be a terrorist attack. However, details of the incident are under investigation.
