Woman injured in shooting near Fontenelle Park in Omaha

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) – A woman is injured after an overnight shooting in North Omaha.

Police were dispatched to a “shots fired” alarm near Taylor Street and North 48th Street just before midnight Tuesday.

The call was then upgraded to a shooting.

OPD says they found the victim, a woman in her 30s, outside of a home. She was taken to the hospital.
