VEON launches the digital entertainment platform KINOM in

Amsterdam and Tashkent, October 9, 2024 – VEON Ltd. (Nasdaq: VEON, Euronext Amsterdam: VEON), a global digital operator, is pleased to officially launch the digital entertainment platform KINOM in Uzbekistan. With a content offering of more than 130 linear TV channels as well as on-demand films and TV series, KINOM will be accessible to all mobile users in the country.

Developed locally in Uzbekistan, KINOM is the latest addition to VEON’s DO1440 offering, which aims to provide customers with digital experiences 1440 minutes a day. Kinom delivers Full HD streaming to Apple and Android smartphones, smart TVs or computers. The platform focuses on local language content with a wide selection of films and programs in Uzbek, ensuring greater relevance for consumers and supporting national content creators.
