Second suspect formally charged in deadly Green Bay shooting

GREEN BAY, Wis. (WBAY) – The second of four suspects arrested in connection with a shooting in Green Bay was formally charged Tuesday.

Elijah White, 18, is charged with first-degree intentional homicide, including using a dangerous weapon, engaging in a felony and resisting or obstructing an officer.

Online court records show the criminal complaint was sealed. He is being held on a $750,000 bond.

The charges stem from the Aug. 7 shooting of 21-year-old Brandon Ramirez of Green Bay. 18-year-old Dion Richardson was formally charged in the case last Friday.

He is being held on a $1 million bond.

Two other suspects, 22-year-old Nigel White and 18-year-old Darian Pinchart, are still awaiting formal charges.
