Sage the Gemini is accused of sexually assaulting a woman in a new police report

Sage the Gemini has reportedly been accused of sexual assault.

A Los Angeles Police Department source told TMZ that a woman who claims she was sexually assaulted by the 32-year-old rapper in September 2017 filed a police report on Monday.

According to the outlet, the woman told police that she met Sage, born Dominic Wynn Woods, on social media before inviting her to Chris Brown’s house.

When she arrived at the singer’s apartment, the woman said she met Brown briefly and was informed that she would have to sign a nondisclosure agreement.

She also reportedly insisted to law enforcement that he was not present in the home at the time of the alleged assault and was not involved in the incident.

Although the TMZ report does not identify the woman who filed the lawsuit, the details are similar to those of 26-year-old TikTok user Hana Katana, who accused Sage of raping her at Brown’s home in a video uploaded last month.

In the TikTok, Katana claimed that Sage made her sign a paper claiming that what happened was consensual. She also claimed that Brown raped a friend of hers when she was underage and under the influence.

“I don’t care if I sign a non-disclosure agreement, I don’t care if I signed that paper saying it was consensual even though it wasn’t and you damn well know it. I wonder how many damn girls you’ve signed something like that. This is fucking diabolical,” Katana said in her TikTok video, which now has 4.5 million views. “The fact that the paper was brought out to you straight after is so fucking disgusting and tells me you’ve done this before, that something else has happened.”

Sage appeared to respond to the allegations on his Instagram story shortly after Katana’s video went viral, writing, “I won’t turn down shit lol just the people she doesn’t lie to are the police because they don’t give out careers.” !” #FindANewHustle”
