Breast cancer awareness fashion show

JONESBORO, Ark. (KAIT) – Breast cancer awareness continues this month in the form of a fashion show.

Enchantments Boutique held its 18th fashion show on Tuesday, October 8th at Jonesboro Country Club.

Proceeds from the event will go to the Northeast Arkansas Breast Cancer Support Group.

Event planner Lisa Davis shared what the support group does.

“Whatever a newly diagnosed person needs, they try to take care of it,” Davis said. “They also support the hospice house here in town.”

Former The Voice and American Idol contestant Marybeth Byrd was a guest singer at the event.
