TULSA, Okla. –

A Tulsa man has pleaded guilty to killing a man in a drive-by shooting in August 2023.

Tulsa police said the victim, Kalvin Hulvey, was walking down the street near Pine and Lewis when Justin Trammel drove up on a mini-motorcycle and shot Hulvey.

Trammel pleaded to first-degree murder and felon possession of a weapon and will be sentenced next week.
