Two were arrested in Carter County on charges related to child sexual abuse

CARTER COUNTY, Okla. (KXII) – An Ardmore couple is in prison, one accused of sexually abusing three children and the other accused of allowing it to happen.

Robert Hibdon, 31, is charged with indecent molestation and rape, and Ashley Hibdon, 30, is charged with three counts of aiding and abetting child sexual abuse.

Court documents say a judge had previously ordered Ashley not to let Robert near the children.
