Trans criminal who impregnated two inmates coached male killer sent to women’s prison

A biological male killer has been transferred to a women’s prison after being cared for by a transgender convict who impregnated two female inmates.

Jamie Belladonna, who is serving a 40-year prison sentence for beating a woman to death, was counseled by Demi Minor about changing her gender before receiving a transfer to the Edna Mahan Correctional Facility for Women ( EMCF) in New Jersey secured contributions.

Minor, who is biologically male but identifies as female, was moved to the women’s prison in 2020, a year before the state passed a law that meant transgender inmates could be incarcerated based on their gender identity rather than their sex at birth .

In 2022, it was revealed that Minor, 29, had impregnated two women at the facility in consensual sexual relationships while simultaneously serving a 30-year prison sentence for involuntary manslaughter for the fatal stabbing.

Minor was eventually transferred to a young adult prison, the Garden State Youth Correctional Facility (GSYCF), where a social media profile called Justice 4 Demi began documenting Minor’s time behind bars.

At GSYCF, Minor was housed in the same unit as Belladonna, Reduxx previously reported. The 35-year-old, whose birth name is Elliot Rivera Jr., was born male but is classified as female in the State Department’s system.

Now, social media posts from Justice 4 Demi have revealed that Minor briefed Belladonna on the “transition process” before Belladonna moved to EMCF, Reduxx reported.

“This woman knew very little about transition, other than that she needed hormones and wanted surgery. “Demi showed this woman the information we gave her about the transition process,” Justice 4 Demi wrote in February 2023.

“Demi was able to tell this woman that her hormone levels were way too high… She also told her about the mechanics of the surgery and how to request one.

“Armed with this knowledge, this woman attempted to begin the process of seeking surgery. This requires, among other things, a diagnosis of gender dysphoria by two medical professionals and a letter from a psychologist certifying their mental health.”

Hurtful language

Belladonna was previously incarcerated at the New Jersey State Prison in Trenton and allegedly attempted genital mutilation after her request to be transferred to a women’s prison was rejected.

“Because the language of this rejection was so hurtful to me, the next day I wanted to mutilate this guy whose removal I had been begging for a whole year,” Belladonna said in an appeal. “But no one took me seriously and then denied me that the main reason was the very thing I was begging to have removed.”

Minor has repeatedly called for her to be transferred back to a women’s prison. After leaving EMCF, Justice for Demi reported that Minor was “placed with numerous sex offenders” who asked, “How do I get to Edna Mahan Correctional Facility?”

“Honestly, the only family I had is in the correctional facility, Edna Mahan. It was a group of friends that helped me overcome this pain after being trapped in a body I hate. I went through many depressive nights and often wanted to be loved,” the report wrote in 2022.

There are currently 42 transgender people housed at Edna Mahan and 108 transgender people in all nine adult state prisons across the state, according to the New Jersey Monitor.

The facility is set to close after an investigation found numerous cases of prison officials mistreating inmates.
