The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect involved in a shooting that occurred on September 30, 2024 in the 5900 block of Georgia Avenue, Northwest. While responding to reports of a shooting, officers discovered the victim, who was a juvenile male, who was injured and later transported to a nearby hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
