Police identify human remains found along the Ohio River

PORTSMOUTH, OHIO (WSAZ) – Police have identified human remains found along the Ohio River on Saturday.

According to a release from Portsmouth PD, the person found was Jordan James, 34, of Portsmouth.

The cause of James’ death and the circumstances surrounding the incident remain under investigation.
