The South Carolina Gamecocks suffered a tough loss to the Ole Miss Rebels this past weekend with a final score of 27-3. There isn’t much time to reflect on the loss since Alabama is the Gamecocks’ next game. The Crimson Tide are coming off a brutal road loss to Vanderbilt this past weekend, so both teams will be looking to get back on the winning list.

The two teams have only played each other twice since 2010, and the 2010 game was when the Gamecocks pulled off the upset of Alabama with a final score of 35-21. South Carolina will try to do the same thing on Saturday, but the odds say the Gamecocks don’t have much of a chance of doing so.

According to Draft Kings, South Carolina is a 21.5-point underdog heading into Saturday. The over/under is also set at 51 points. Vanderbilt has proven that the upset is certainly possible, but the Gamecocks need to step up on offense after scoring just three points last weekend.
