Former NFL star Antonio Brown defended billionaire Elon Musk on Monday as he accused NBC of intentionally not showing the CEOs of X, Tesla and SpaceX during its broadcast of the Pittsburgh Steelers and Dallas Cowboys game.

Musk was at Acrisure Stadium waving the “Terrible Towel” in support of the Steelers. He had been in Butler, Pennsylvania, when former President Donald Trump returned to the city, where he survived an assassination attempt over the summer. Musk joined Trump on stage at some point.

However, if fans weren’t near Musk’s booth or on X during the game, they may have missed it. The broadcast focused primarily on the game, which had already been delayed for more than an hour due to thunderstorms in the area.

Brown wrote on X that it was targeted.

“NBC has decided not to have (Elon Musk) appear at the Cowboys vs. Steelers game,” he wrote. “Another reason to take part in the vote. Media censorship is real and will only get worse if nothing changes.”

He added: “This is not an accusation, but the truth. Taylor Swift is shown at every game she’s at and there’s not even a mention of him being there.”

NBC Sports did not immediately respond to a request for comment from Fox News Digital.
