ESPEC Corp. has announced that ESPEC Business Partners’ Stockholding Association has become a major shareholder after its voting share exceeded 10% due to continuous share purchases. Despite fluctuations in stock ownership due to member transactions, this change is not expected to have an impact on the Company’s financial results.
