According to a source on the X platform, Apple plans to use microLEDs in the new Apple Watch Ultra model, scheduled to launch in 2026.

Apple also plans to use microLEDs in its augmented reality (AR) glasses, which are also scheduled to go into mass production in 2026.

It will be interesting to see what position LG will take in this situation. Will it demand compensation from Apple for the previously canceled project or will it try again to conclude a contract for the supply of new displays? We can only wait for official confirmation and news from Apple.
