Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School teacher charged with child cruelty

Kimberly Shea Malone, a teacher at Lakeview Fort Oglethorpe High School, has transformed into Catoosa County sheriff office and was charged with one count of first-degree child cruelty.

The incident, An incident that led to the charges reportedly occurred at the school on Friday.

The details of the incident are still under investigation and the school administration is already involved full cooperation with law enforcement authorities.

According to Sheriff Gary R. Sisk, an initial hearing will be held this afternoon and he assumes bail will be set.
