According to the Israeli army, some projectiles fired from Lebanon were intercepted

The Israeli army said on Monday evening that about five projectiles were fired into the country from Lebanon, some of which were intercepted by the air defense system.

“After sirens sounded in numerous areas of central Israel, approximately five projectile launches were identified that crossed into Israeli territory from Lebanon,” the military said in a statement.

“Some were intercepted by the IAF (Air Force) and the rest fell in open areas.”
