Cousin and two other people sexually abuse minors

A minor girl was allegedly sexually assaulted in Anand taluka at 10 pm on Sunday. According to the case details, the girl’s male cousin, also a minor, accompanied her to a local school near her village. Two men, Mukesh Padhiya and Sanjay Chauhan, who were already there, sexually assaulted her.

Police investigation revealed that Chauhan offered the victim a drink and claimed it was just water. However, after consuming it, the girl felt dizzy and was harassed by the two men and her cousin.

Following the victim’s complaint, Khambholaj police arrested the three accused and arrested Mukesh and Sanjay. A case has been registered under sections of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhita (BNS) and the Protection of Children from Sexual Offenses (POCSO) Act. AM
