Body found off I-15 near Moapa leads to police investigation

Las Vegas (KSNV) — The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department is investigating after a body was found on the side of the road over the weekend.

According to investigators, LVMPD Communications received reports of the body discovered along southbound I-15 near Hidden Valley Road.

Arriving officers found a deceased man near the exit, apparently suffering from trauma to his body and gunshot wounds.

The authorities did not provide any further information, including the man’s identity.
