Suspect arrested in connection with shooting at Bryant Walmart | The Arkansas Democrat-Gazette

A suspect was arrested after shots were fired at a Walmart in Bryant on Sunday evening.

Police responded to the Walmart at 400 Bryant Ave. around 8 p.m. after reports of shots being fired there, said Sgt. Todd Crowson, a spokesman for the Bryant Police Department.

According to a department Facebook post just before 8:40 p.m. Sunday, the shots were fired at employees standing outside and no injuries were reported.

One person was arrested, Crowson said Monday morning. The suspect’s identity has not been released at this time.

The investigation is ongoing.
