A London Ambulance Service spokesman was called to report that a person had been stabbed near Sloane Square tube station just before 3.30pm.

“We sent resources to the scene, including an ambulance crew, an advanced paramedic and an incident commander,” the spokesman said. “We also dispatched the London Rescue Helicopter.

“We treated a teenager at the scene before transporting him to a major trauma center.”

Eyewitness Louise Rowntree wrote on X: “So sad. Many commuters were left traumatized after a stabbing at Sloane Square tube station. Watched @AirAmbulancesUK’s fantastic landing in Duke of York Square. But I hope they can do it.”

The Met Police were contacted by The Standard.
