He claimed to be working in Qatar, won her trust and promised her a future together. When he returned to Mumbai in 2023, they visited a temple where they had a secret marriage. But instead of committing to a life together, the relationship took a dark turn when Suvarna’s true intentions came to light. According to a report by Times of IndiaAfter her marriage, Suvarna became increasingly controlling and used the secretly recorded intimate moments as leverage against the woman. After a disturbing encounter in July in which he recorded their interactions in a city cabin, the victim discovered the videos and demanded that he delete them. However, Suvarna refused and instead used the footage as a tool to manipulate her and extort money from her, making her feel trapped and afraid. The case came to a head last month when the woman approached Suvarna to talk to his family about formalizing their marriage. Following her report, authorities began investigating the allegations, which led to Suvarna’s arrest.
