Man arrested on warrant after selling drugs in bar: Brunswick Police Blotter

BRUNSWICK, Ohio

Drugs, Shenandoah Parkway

Police investigated a suspected illegal drug transaction in a bar parking lot at 11:07 p.m. on September 11 and arrested one of the two men involved on an outstanding warrant out of Michigan. He was taken to the Medina County Jail for extradition.

Warrant warrant, South Carpenter Road

A driver was stopped for an outstanding warrant for a weapons offense at 10:28 p.m. on September 1st. Police had reportedly “conducted investigations [the driver’s] “Whereabouts refer to his outstanding arrest warrant” for several weeks. He was cited for traffic violations and taken into custody by Medina County Sheriff’s deputies.

Theft, Center Road

Police arrested a woman on Sept. 8 at 12:02 p.m. for stealing $1,051 worth of merchandise from Meijer. The woman reportedly admitted to a previous theft but denied that incident.

Theft, middle

A Strongsville man was arrested at 5:18 p.m. on Sept. 8 for stealing $189 worth of Meijer sports trading cards.

Arrest warrant, Pearl Road

At 12:44 a.m. on September 11, a man was stopped and cited for an equipment violation. It turned out his passenger had outstanding warrants from the Strongsville Police Department and the Medina County Sheriff’s Office. He was arrested and taken to the Medina County Jail.
