Officials announce state contract awards to child care providers

BOSTON, Mass. (WGGB/WSHM) – The Healey-Driscoll administration will visit Crayon Campus Incorporated in New Bedford to announce new contracts with early education and care programs across the Bay State.

This is the first time in 15 years that these contracts will be bought back, investing over $400 million per year in quality child care and after-school care.

Monday’s event will take place at 4 p.m
