A BHP fly-in fly-out worker who was sacked for drunkenly rubbing her body against a colleague and holding another’s hand has had her unfair dismissal claim dismissed.

The Fair Work Commission rejected the production engineer’s denial that she sexually harassed two male colleagues on the flight to BHP’s Daunia coal mine in central Queensland, concluding that her drunkenness “cannot and does not excuse” her behavior ” can.
