1. Lee Yeon saves Lee Rang

In episode 9, Lee Yeon saves Lee Rang as a big brother and it is one of the most important scenes in the entire K-drama. This took us back to years ago, when the Immortal Gumiho rescued a child from the forest, a child who grew up to be Lee Rang. Years later, when he needed help, he thought his big brother wouldn’t come to save him.

Lee Rang was back in the Forest of Hungry Ghosts, deep in the forest, his childhood flashing before his eyes. He tried his best to fight her off, but it wasn’t easy. Almost accepting his fate, Lee Rang spat, “I knew it. The idiot only cares about his wife (Ji Ah/Ah Reum).”

But to his surprise, his big brother came, started slashing the ghosts and offered him his hand. Lee Rang, who was still angry with Lee Yeon, initially refused his help. While they mostly either fought with or for each other, in episode 10 we got a glimpse of their strong partnership. The CEO who served the villains imoogiHe also had a deal with Lee Rang. But as he became more and more evil, the brothers had to stop him, and they did. Lee Rang had to get out of his deal with the CEO, so they switched bodies and lured him into it.
