Safety fears as fan takes stage at The Weeknd’s Aussie show; Keanu Reeves adds racing driver title to his resume; The Kid Laroi covers INXS at the NRL Grand Final

It was a big weekend of entertainment with The Weeknd performing back-to-back shows in Melbourne.

The After work until dawn The show at Marvel Stadium was a sell-out, with over 50,000 people in attendance each night and one of the biggest productions we’ve seen in Australia.

The performance was slightly marred by a fan who jumped on stage, ran up to the singer and hugged him before being dragged off stage by security.

Before that incredible game between Melbourne Storm and Penrith Panthers, there was no such drama when The Kid Laroi performed at the NRL Grand Final.

He played his hits and closed with a cover of one of INXS’ most enduring songs.

Keanu Reeves is many things, an actor, a bassist, he’s a good guy and now he can add the title of racing driver to his resume.

We know that he loves speed and at the weekend he took part in the Toyota GR Cup.

It is an amateur series for car enthusiasts and aspiring racers held at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway in Indiana.

He had a small mishap during the race, but still managed to cross the finish line for the 45-minute race with 33 vehicles in the field.

Keanu placed 25th on Saturday and 24th on Sunday and by the way speedin which he stars opposite Sandra Bullock, is celebrating its 30th anniversary this week with a big screening in LA that both he and Sandra Bullock will be attending.

Finally I played the new Coldplay album, Moon musicover the weekend and I love it.

They gave fans a live performance of some of the tracks from the new record, which was released on Saturday Night Live on the weekend.
