Virginia State Police respond to a crash on I-81

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, Va. (WDBJ) – Virginia State Police are responding to a crash on I-81 on Sunday, October 6th.

According to Virginia State Police, two tractor-trailers caught fire.

According to police, the northbound side of I-81 near mm 109 will be closed until further notice while the crash is investigated and crews finish clearing the area.

This crash is still under investigation.
