Russia launches more than 5,000 attacks on Ukraine this weekend

According to Ukraine’s General Staff, Russian forces launched 5,130 attacks on Ukraine over the weekend, including 144 with multiple rocket launchers and 82 airstrikes. 130 guided aerial bombs were involved in the attacks.

Kiev faced repeated waves of drone strikes overnight, with the airstrike warning lasting over five hours. Most of the drones were intercepted, with no initial reports of casualties or major damage.
