Child Abuse Reported in Philadelphia – Kicks96news.com

PHILADELPHIA, Miss. – A child abuse incident was reported in Philadelphia on Friday evening.

A caller to police said her children saw a woman use a broomstick to hit a child who appeared to be about 12 years old in a trailer park on Sistrunk Avenue.

The woman also reportedly threw away the child’s clothes, with the child attempting to pick them up and put them in a suitcase.

Shortly after the police arrived, she called an ambulance. They did not provide any information about the injuries.

It was unclear whether an arrest was made.
