Police are investigating a shooting in Lexington

LEXINGTON, Ky. (WKYT) – Police are investigating a shooting that happened around 1:14 a.m. Sunday morning.

According to Lexington Police, they were called to the 200 block of East Sixth Street for a report of a victim with a gunshot wound.

The victim was found with life-threatening injuries and transported to the hospital.

No arrests have been made and the investigation is ongoing.
