27-year-old arrested in Hicksville for promoting prostitution and sex trafficking: police

Queens resident Wilson Rodriguez Peralta, 27, of Maspeth, was arrested without incident in Hicksville on Friday evening, October 4, following an investigation by Nassau County Police.

Peralta was accused of:

• sex trafficking,
• Criminal possession of a controlled substance,
• Promoting prostitution.

He was scheduled to be arraigned on Saturday, Oct. 5, in First District Court in Hempstead.

Investigators are asking anyone who believes they may also be a victim of sex trafficking to contact Nassau County Crime Stoppers at 1-800-244-TIPS or call 911. All callers remain anonymous.
