Tecto is a superhero with an invisible jackhammer and gloves who can cause earthquakes. That’s just the right side of the incredible work as a comic character brought to life in the film, but the real humor lies in the observations behind the curtain.

Is the actor who plays the superhero actually an insecure pill popper? Check. Villain played by a precious Luvvy from the world of theater? Check. Director as an overly serious and arrogant Eastern European author? Check. Tokenism trading as diversity? Check. The whole thing as a health and safety nightmare? You know it.
