Former model Crystal MCkinney accused Diddy of sexual assault in 2003

In the coming days, CNN will air security footage showing Diddy attacking singer Cassie in a Los Angeles hotel hallway in 2016.

According to the lawsuit, McKinney claimed the duo met at an afterparty during Men’s Fashion Week in Manhattan, after which he invited them to his recording studio later that evening.

McKinney claims Diddy forced her to perform sexual acts after he smoked marijuana, which she “later learned” was laced with a narcotic or intoxicating substance.

Tuesday’s lawsuit was filed under a New York City law that allows survivors to file a civil lawsuit within two years, even if the alleged events occurred long ago.
