The Court of Appeal in Macedonia confirms the decisions of the criminal court on the confiscation of passports – Telegrafi

The journalist Ivona Talevska remains without a passport. The appeal court rejected his appeal as unfounded and upheld the criminal court’s decision confiscating his passport, reports Alsat M.

She emphasized to the Supreme Court that she needed the passport because of her professional obligations. Talevska is accused of tax evasion in the “Tifani” case.

The appeal also ruled in favor of the former head of the Alfa unit, Ivica Ançevski-Puki, who was accused in the “torture” case over the arrest of Ljube Boshkovski. His complaint was also rejected and the security measure remains in place for him. He will appear in court every Friday but is also banned from communicating with certain people.

PSP filed 30 appeals against the appellate decision not to provide for detention against 17 applications with such an action.
