Man injured after shooting at Jervey Gantt Park in Ocala

OCALA, Fla. (WCJB) – Officials have confirmed a man was injured following a shooting at an Ocala park.

They say the man was shot during a youth soccer game in the parking lot at Jervey Gantt Park on Southeast 36th Avenue.

The man was then taken to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

Officials are currently investigating.

CrimeStoppers is offering a $3,000 reward to anyone with information leading to an arrest.
