Criminal proceedings against the Minister of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Supply in Macedonia – Telegraph

Additional Deputy Minister in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Supply, Ljupço Nikollovski, has filed a criminal complaint against the minister of this ministry, Mihail Cvetkov, over the irregularities found by state auditors in the 2013 report, Telegraph Macedonia reports.

“Since all the facts set out in the 2013 report were not made known to the public prosecutor, we filed a complaint against an official of the Ministry of Lands, Forestry and Water Supply who violated the laws and caused harm through these actions “It has damaged the budget of Macedonia and even more seriously violated the rights of tenants,” Nikolovski explained.

The Ministry of Agriculture rejected the allegations related to the granting of state agricultural land, saying that Nikollovski wanted to score political points or hide the opaque allocation of agricultural land during the SDSM./Telegrafi/
